Brand new village situated at 800 metres from the sea with every sort of comfort. At our guests' disposal there are 156 apartments, studios, two-room-apartments and three-room-apartments all well furnished with air conditioning, satellite tv and telephone. The village has got a semi-olympic swimming-pool and a sport area with two tennis courts, football, archery (18/06 - 03/09), volleyball, table-tennis, beach volley, fitness room and bowling. Inside the village there is also a bar, a restaurant-pizzeria, a grocery with bazar, a playground for children and a big parking area for clients. In high season our guests' stays are cheered up by a animation staff. Outside the village a road leads directly to the secular pinewood which offers cycle routes that arrive directly to the beach. Thanks to its position, the village allows daily excursions to many artistic towns. by June 1st you will pay at the hotel a mandatory resort fee imposed by the municipality of Cecina The formula Hotel offer includes Buffet Breakfast, Half Board and daily room makeover. The formula apartment includes final cleaning, excluding the kitchenette which is charged to the customer (if performed by our personnel charged 40 euro), bed linen and towels on arrival. The daily room makeover is only on request and costs EUR 20 per day. The change of linen and towels is only on request and costs EUR 10 per bed. Business hours of reception:
